Shipping cost vary based on the product weight and the methods of delivery. After placing your items in the shopping cart there is a drop down button which allows you to select the best shipping method and cost for you.

The time period for order processing may vary as per the order. Stock items are usually shipped the same day. For customized orders with stock formulas, allow for 2 to 4 weeks and more depending on packaging etc. For developing customized formulas allow for 2 to 4 months and more to accommodate accelerated testing, analysis and quality control.

To ensure the safety of the product and the fastest service we drop shipment directly to our client. Once the order is ready, it is shipped via UPS Ground or Express Mail. Some areas and PO Boxes require US Priority Mail. Also Faster Delivers: Next Day  or 2nd Business Day options are available! You select the method of shipping in a pull down menu in the shopping cart area.

Please Note: Standard shipments are via UPS Ground within the continental  United States.

Return policy

. You must  contact us at customerservice@healthspecialty.com to obtain return authorization and return shipping instructions. All items are guaranteed against manufacturers defects.

If you have used the product up to 25% and for some reason it does not live up to your expectations (or a remote chance your skin reacts to a certain ingredient) we will take it back without question. However, like returning any product back to a store; your time, effort, personal expense of gas, parking and vehicle wear and tear is a typical. Our policy is that shipping will only be partially compensated by us. What this means is that, returning the product will be your responsibility (like returning merchandise to a store) where we will gladly send a replacement or a completely different product of your choice (with adjusted price variances) and ship at our expense!
