What is the minimum order Healthspecialty will accept?
At Healthspecialty we like to review each project individually based on the type of product and formulation. With that said, our typical minimum order is 5,000 units but we can consider smaller projects based of the specific details.
How do I get samples and is there a cost?
To begin, please Contact Us and tell us what you are looking for. Based on your formulation, we will send a laboratory sample of an existing formulation or a custom formulation. There is a $100 sample fee for existing formulations which will be applied to your first purchase order. For custom formulations, we charge a $1500 deposit for which we will make up to 4 prototypes and this amount will be applied to your first purchase order.

What forms of payment does Healthspecialty accept?
Checks, Money Wire, Credit Card (under $2500 orders or 4% up charge for credit card orders over $2500) are acceptable forms of payment.
Once I approve my sample, how long will it take to manufacture and fill my product? Each project varies on lead times. However, our goal is to have a fast turnaround of under 4 weeks.
How is freight charged?
Freight is F.O.B our facility, Santa Fe Springs Ca. Customers are responsible for arranging freight and covering all costs.
Can you ship internationally with the necessary documents?
Yes we can ship internationally and help coordinate the necessary documents such as Certificates of Free Sale for the products you want to export, EU Cosmetic Safety Assessments and Cosmetic Notifications for EU and Canada.
